Professional Summary

I am a Governance, Performance Management, Strategy Development, monitoring and evaluation, social sector research and transformation specialist. I am a big data analyst. I am passionate about project development, implementation and sustainability having over 30 years of experience and skills in driving initiatives/projects that combine operational efficiency with sustainable best practices. These projects include coordination of the development of Kenya Judiciary Strategic Plan 2014-2018 and 2019-2024, Judicial Service Commission Strategic Plan, 2022-2027, Hon Chief Justice Maranga Vision of Sustaining Judiciary Transformation 2017-2022 and Chief Justice Martha Koome Vision of Social Transformation Through Access to Justice, 2023-2030. Further, being the Director of Planning and Organization Performance, I was coordinating monitoring and evaluation of these initiatives. As the Director, Planning and Organizational Performance, I also coordinated: Performance management; Caseload Data, Data collection, collation, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of data; Strategic Planning; Research and surveys; and Implementation of quality management standards and Innovations in the Judiciary. I further coordinated performance evaluation for the Judiciary for 10 years.

I was a member of the Kenya Judiciary Performance Improvement Project (JPIP)- a World Bank Project- and one of my main roles was to monitor implementation of the project. The issue of sustainability of the project was critical and we developed strategies of sustainability including improved Government budget allocation, culture change and capacity building among others.

While working with Ethic and Anti-Corruption Commission, I was the driver of Kenya National Anti-Corruption Plan where we brought Government Agencies and other stakeholders together in the fight against corruption. The stakeholders committed to fight corruption in their respective sectors. As In-charge of Kenya Integrity Forum, I coordinated this initiative and continuously monitored and evaluated the implementation of the Plan including sustainability mechanisms.
